1. Membership Fees
All membership fees paid to Niru Capital are non-refundable once your account has been activated and your listing has been made live on the platform.
2. Pre-Activation Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your membership before your account has been activated and your listing has gone live, please contact us at capitalniru@gmail.com within 48 hours of payment.
3. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Niru Capital does not guarantee any investment outcome, funding, or connection. Refunds will not be issued on the basis of not receiving investment or not finding suitable matches.
4. Technical Issues
In the event of a technical issue on our end that prevents you from accessing the platform for an extended period, we will work with you to provide a fair resolution.
5. Plan Upgrades
If you upgrade your membership plan, the price difference will be charged on a prorated basis for the remaining period. Downgrades are not permitted mid-term.
